Jessica and Marshall Wedding

Jessica and Marshall were married on July 31 outside of Brevard, NC at Camp Greenville. Their reception was at Brevard College in the Porter Center. The wedding was a beautiful event, with magnificent clouds during the wedding and a glorious reception afterwards.

Jessica Bridal Session

Jessica's wedding is coming up soon and we had a wonderful Bridal session with her this past week. She is a wonderful client and if that wasn't enough, the locations for her events are beautiful!

Rachel and Dave Photobooth

Rachel and Dave Casteline were married on Saturday June 12 with the reception at the Highland Lake Inn in Flat Rock, NC.

Part of their beautiful reception was the Asheville Photobooth and all the guests had an opportunity to create a momento for the happy couple with prints and photos from the booth!

Below are some of our favorite photos of the wedding party, guests and of course Rachel and Dave.

Leah's Prom Session

We were asked to provide a portrait session for a young lady before her prom. It was a new experience but it was also a fun and engaging time with a poised and radiant subject, Leah. See below for some of our favorites from the shoot!

Nikki Talley at the Pisgah Brewery

It was a beautiful Thursday evening in Black Mountain at the Pisgah Brewery. Nikki Talley and her husband had their debut performance and it was, of course, wonderful. Here are a few photos from the evening!

Spring Twestival 2010 at Club 828

Twestival is an event organized over Twitter held twice a year. In the fall is an event that benefits a local organization, and the spring Twestival is held to benefit an international organization. The spring 2010 Twestival proceeds went to Concern Worldwide, a global education and poverty relief organization.

We were (again!) a leading sponsor for the Asheville Twestival and brought out the photobooth and provided documentation photography for the event. See below for some of our favorites from the evening!

Ash Devine and Friends

A wonderful, light evening of music and art at the BoBo Gallery in Asheville.

Ash Devine and her friends provided a night of great entertainment and we were lucky to be there with our cameras!

Photo time is coming around again!

We've spent a good bit of this winter getting new gear, learning new tricks and working on technique. We are excited that there are weddings and events lined up as far away as October, and hope that you will consider having us be a part of your celebrations!

Kerr-Tullis Wedding

Kathy and Doug were married in November 2009 with a beautiful service in east Asheville with a very fun reception at the Crest Center following. They were a great couple with whom to work and we thank them for including us in their celebration! Best wishes for the happy couple!

The photobooth has been busy!

We have been setting up the photobooth all over western North Carolina!

We helped sponsor a festival supporting ASAP in downtown Asheville, and recently we were at the Grove Park Inn for an all-night event with the State Policy Network. The photobooth is a smash hit wherever it goes - be sure to ask us about our photography + photobooth packages!

Wedding Festival Today!

We are excited to be at the Asheville Civic Center today from 4 - 9 for a Wedding Festival, produced by WeddingFestivals.com . We've got slideshows, cards - even the photobooth is going to be setup and available for folks to try out!

Adkins-Bandy Wedding, August 29 2009

This wedding at Lutheridge Conference Center outside Asheville, North Carolina was a fun and relaxed afternoon wedding. The young couple was surrounded by family and friends who helped celebrate a fantastic wedding. Many thanks to Beth and Scott for choosing StudioAsheville for their photography and for having the photobooth at their festivities!

Pearson-Taylor Wedding, August 15, 2009

This beautiful wedding was one of the most anticipated events for StudioAsheville. Two wonderful families joined together at All Souls Cathedral in Asheville and then celebrated at Taylor Ranch. Both locations were simply amazing. It was our first wedding where we provided the entire package - the photography, the photobooth, everything. It was a great time for all and with a variety of beautiful locations to shoot we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly - thank you Stefanie and Arthur!

Uhler-Miller Wedding, July 31 2009

A small but very beautiful wedding in Fairview. Two great people with great kids married and celebrated at their house after. One of the more intimate weddings I've had the opportunity to shoot. Blaine and Christine, thank you for choosing StudioAsheville!

Starting up here on blogger

StudioAsheville is glad to finally have a blog and share our experiences with the world.

We'll get to describing the shoots we've had so far, but first I wanted to put up a quick description of what StudioAsheville provides. We shoot film and digital photography for a very wide variety of events. From weddings to birthday parties to formal portraits to corporate events to reunions, we offer packages for every budget and need.

We also are unique in our amazing photobooth - we have built a beautiful photobooth that adds an amazing dynamic for any event.
